About Me

With over 20 years of experience in the preschool industry, I have walked a path that began as a class assistant and steadily progressed through teaching and management roles. Along this journey, I developed a deep understanding of both the joys and the challenges that early childhood education professionals face every day.

My career reached a pivotal point when I stepped into the role of principal. While I loved leading a school, I also experienced firsthand the immense administrative load that comes with the position. Like many principals, I often found myself stretched thin, juggling leadership responsibilities with the overwhelming demands of administration — without the resources to employ a dedicated administrator.

This challenge sparked a new passion in me: streamlining and supporting the administrative side of preschools. I discovered how much I enjoy organizing, structuring, and managing the behind-the-scenes work that allows educators and leaders to focus on what truly matters — nurturing children’s growth and development.

Today, I combine my two decades of hands-on preschool experience with my administrative expertise to provide tailored support to preschools. My goal is simple: to lighten the load for principals and school leaders by offering reliable, professional administrative assistance that helps schools run smoothly and successfully.
